I'll bet Jagger is in California with his Daddy and they will celebrate there.  I am SURE that Scott wouldn't miss Jagger's fourth birthday and it would be SUCH a hassle and strain on the sick singer to fly from LA to Orlando and then back to San Francisco all in a matter of 48 hours (but stranger things HAVE happened, I guess).

Jagger turns four tomorrow, in case anyone didn't know his birthday (and/or WANTED to).

All of the clocks in the Human Clay artwork are set to 6:47 (or 6:43). It is said that one of the times symbolizes when Scott Stapp's son, Jagger, was born on October 21st, 1998.
